to Mengkabung Village, which is approximately 30 minutes drive away. The
Mengkabung is a traditional Malay fishing village where houses are
built on stilts over 'water'. Proceed to 'Batik House; and try your
hand at batik painting.
Brief
stop at Pottery Shop on the way back to K. Kinabalu for Monosopiad
Cultural Village. Experience one of Sabah's rich and colourful
cultures. Upon arrival, visit the legendary house of skulls, and be
enthralled by the elusive stories of Monosopiad, the warrior and the
way of life of the Kadazan Dusun peoples as in the old days. Watch
the locals doing traditional handicraft work and join in on the
cultural shows.
After
tour transfer back to you hotel in K. Kinabalu
