Please Note
Park regulations are that visits to Wind
& Clearwater is between 9.00am till 12.00pm and visits to Deer
& Lang Caves is between 2.00pm till 4.00pm. The Park is very
strict on this as this is for the protection of the caves. Cave
lighting will be switched off at the prescribed time schedules.

Clients are to be advised that camera/video
fees are to be reported during registration at the park HQ and to be
paid directly to the park. Current fees are at RM5.00 per camera and
RM10.00 per video camera. Permit for filming equipment and filming
requirements will
have to be applied prior to arrival.
Recommended film for cave picture taking is
AS400.

You will need good walking shoes with good
grip (tends to be slippery especially after rain), light clothing,
hat, insect repellent, torch, swim wear, small backpack/sling pack
to put in your things. For trips to the Pinnacles, a sleeping bag is
required.

Journey involves many longboat trips and on
occasion may require assistance by the guide and boat driver to help
push the boat for some part of the river rides when water level is
lower than normal. It is compulsory that life jackets (provided in
the boats) be worn at all times during river trips.

Aircraft is a twin otter 19- seater by
MAS.
Clients are advised to travel light and to
take only what is required in a small bag in view of weight
restrictions. Only 10 kg per person is allowed. On transit in Miri, You
will be met and your big luggage collected to be stored in Miri.
Upon arrival back in Miri you will be met to verify and receive your
stored luggage and assist with check-in for onward journey (this
service can be arranged for
in Kota Kinabalu if need be but will be chargeable for cargo and
service handling).

Charter flights are available from Miri for
Mulu and the highlands. Charter fees are subject to time of request
and pending sectors.

For all dive trips booked, an indemnity
form is required to be signed prior to the dive trip.
In Mulu, if in the unfortunate event of an
emergency where illness/injury occurs, we will first immediately
seek the assistance of the Mulu Government Clinic

If an evacuation is required for the guest,
we will source earliest next departure from Mulu
~~~~~~~~
If emergency occurs after or out of the
normal flight schedules out of Mulu, we will utilize private
charters available from Miri (time frame of at least 2 hours) or the
Military/Arm Forces services if it involves night flying

Our Tour Operator Liability Insurance will
depend on the situation/cause of the emergency
